This 70ft narrowboat is moored outside the Canal Museum at King's Cross offering a fantastic opportunity for a pied-a-terre in this very desirable area of London.

The boat has been in the same ownership for 12 years with a regular maintenance routine. She was last out of the water in October 2023 for blacking and anodes. BSS expires October 2027.

The interior layout is ideal for home-working, with a generous saloon and a good level of storage.

As a guide, the current mooring fees are circa £630/m, but prospective buyers must liaise with the mooring management team prior to completion of the sale.
