Boatshed London are delighted to offer this well maintained 45ft Narrowboat for sale with London mooring in Little Venice. This boat is sold with a highly desirable single berth at Maida Avenue Moorings.
This 1989 boat has been in the same ownership for the last ten years and was surveyed in March 2021. The boat was also blacked at the same time.
There are beautiful features throughout this boat with a stained glass doors and pigeon hatch, large portholes and a side hatch. It has a full sized double bed in the cabin and good storage underneath. The bathroom is equipped with a manual heads that is connected to a black water tank.
The mooring at Maida Avenue is fully transferable and the scarcity of the single moored berths makes this an excellent opportunity. Current mooring fees are £8,800 approx per annum. There is no transfer fee to pay.
