Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 45ft Narrowboat for sale with highly rare mooring in Westbourne Grove. This tidy narrowboat has recently had an internal refurbishment and replacement of the hob, oven, and calorifier.
The transferable CRT mooring, just five minutes walk from the tube, shops and restaurants, makes this one of the most sort after locations to live afloat. In addition, Portobello Market is just a 15 minute walk.
Current mooring fees are circa £4,500 per annum. You won't find anything cheaper in a location like this across London. The mooring is made up of three boats which is why this sort of opportunity is very rarely available.
The vessel is due to be lifted for blacking and new anodes. A new BSS will be in place before sale.
