Comentario del broker
A great boat in a fabulous location. The CRT mooring will give the new owners a fantastic London base, just 5 minutes walk from the tube at Westbourne Park. Local shops, bars, and restaurants are just minutes away.
The boat was bought new by the present owner, fitted out with all the systems required to make living afloat as comfortable as possible. Calorifier for hot water. Eberspacher central heating. Stainless Steel water tank.
There is even the possibility of parking space for a car!
The mooring provides constant 240v electricity. A washing machine is available ashore, although needs repair/replacement.
The current CRT mooring fees are circa. 3.5K per annum, which is a great price for this sort of location. Most similar moorings are around double the price so the ongoing cost savings have to be considered.
The boat has a BSS certificate valid until 2021.
