Comentario del broker
Boatshed London are delighted to offer this fantastic Landamores 37 for sale. Sold with the option of a central London mooring if required however this boat is ready to go cruising on the river and will certainly turn heads wherever it goes.
Built in 1963 by Landamores in Norfolk, this was originally designed for the Norfolk Broads and has been well loved and impeccably maintained. The two 29HP Nanni's run well and have been similarly well maintained.
The boat has two cabins, an aft master suite with double bed and two single bunks in the forward cabin. The saloon can also be converted into single bunks but otherwise is a light filled, lovely place to spend some time. Again, the wheelhouse has large windows for visibility under way but also giving pleasant evenings on the berth.
There is little to find fault with here, the photos show some painting is required on the foredeck and the owner is attending to this already as well as some woodwork on the cockpit starboard door. A recent survey from Jan 2019 is available that shows the hull is in good condition.
The boat could be sold with its leisure mooring at St Katharine Docks and the current owner has let the boat out on AirBnB and used it as a part-time liveaboard boat.
