Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 18m Dutch Barge Luxemotor Euroships for sale with London residential mooring in Chiswick Quay, West London.
Built in 2008, this twin cabin barge makes an excellent London pied-a-terre or equally a great cruising boat for the Thames, canals or European waterways. We anticipate interest from people for both options so the mooring is an available extra should you want it but an unrealistic, "London premium" has not been added to the asking price.
The boat has two good sized cabins each with its own ensuite heads and shower. The open plan galley and living area is nice and bright with large windows and space for two sofas or an L-shaped one. The wheelhouse has a canvas roof which is removable for low bridges and perfect for cruising on a sunny day.
There is a full survey available from 2016.
The residential mooring at Chiswick Quay could be transferred to the new owner on agreement from the harbour master. Current mooring fees are £8,400 per annum approx.
