Boatshed London are delighted to offer this fantastic 30m Dutch Barge for sale with residential mooring in Brentford, West London.
Offered in excellent condition throughout, this boat is ready for someone to come in and put their own stamp on it. It has a huge, open plan living area and galley with lovely high ceilings and lots of light. There are three good sized cabins, the aft one with ensuite and another bathroom amidships.
The barge was surveyed in May 2020 and the report is available to any interested parties. It shows the hull is in good condition. 2 pack epoxy was applied at this dry docking so this should last for 10 years. The anodes were also replaced and in total the works done cost over £20,000.
Lot's Ait is a friendly community of boaters located within an island on the Thames with good security and decent transport links. Current mooring fees are roughly £19,500 per annum including service charge.
