Boatshed London are delighted to bring this traditional Dutch Barge to the market.
With two cabins, a large saloon and open-plan kitchen, she provides comfortable living afloat. There is ample storage throughout the boat, including a store room in the bow which could be converted to a third cabin or office if required.
The vessel has a full-sized domestic boiler along with a solid fuel stove to keep the boat warm in the winter. For the summer months, there is a decking area on the coachroof with views across the river to Kew Gardens, making this a very tranquil location in the heart of Brentford.
The vessel was last out of the water in 2016 and had an in-water survey in 2020.
As a guide, current mooring fees are circa £950/m plus an annual service fee of £2,100. However, potential buyers must make their own enquiries with the mooring management in advance of the purchase.
