Broker's Comments
This lovely barge has a beautiful mooring which can be appreciated from the very large wheelhouse, giving panoramic views across the river. Descending the companionway to the galley area and main saloon, the light, airy feel continues with the large windows on either side.
The main cabin has a raised bed, with storage below. An additional forward compartment can be accessed either by a small door in the main cabin or at deck level and offers plenty of storage space.
The heads features a decent sized shower and sea toilet, with a holding tank.
The residential mooring is fully transferable, subject to the normal vetting process by the management team. Sadly this will preclude new owners with young children or dogs. Mooring fees are circa £9,000pa, but potential buyers must confirm this with the mooring management. There is a transfer fee payable to the mooring management, which will be negotiated between the buyer and the seller.
The boat was last out of the water in 2023 for blacking and hull maintenance. The BSS is valid until February 2026. There is extensive documentation for the maintenance that has been carried out over the years.
