Broker's Comments
Alpha 32 Single level "Broads" style river cruiser.
Offering 6 berths in 3 cabins she is powered by a single BMC 1.5 diesel engine and has all the features you would expect from an ex hire cruiser such as warm air heating, Hot water and 2 separate heads and showers a full size cooker and new refrigerator.
She is priced at £14,950 as she does (in my opinion) need repainting along with several repairs externally to the gelcoat and cosmetically improving internally.
She is somewhat of a project and is priced well below the average market value of these popular inland waterways cruisers leaving scope for either a "mild" upgrade or full refit without exceeding average market prices.
The average price for a "fair" example would be £24k with good examples commanding in excess of £30k.
