Boatshed London are pleased to offer this 62ft Wide Beam for sale with London residential mooring at Poplar Dock Marina, minutes from Canary Wharf.
Built in 2007, this boat feels very spacious (probably helped by being empty at the moment) but the dimensions of the main living area and cabin are not in dispute - there is a lot of room on this boat. Anyone looking to reconfigure it would also be able to find space for a second cabin if they wished. The boat is a bit of a blank canvas at the moment so there is definitely scope for the new owners to update/modify it to their own tastes.
The residential mooring at Poplar Waterside & Marina is fully transferable (7.5% transfer fee) and current mooring fees are £12,150 per annum but this will be reduced in 2021 by 10%. The marina facilities are due for redevelopment in the near future with a large communal area for residents, laundry, showers and bike storage.
