Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 60ft Aqualine Wide Beam for sale with London residential mooring at Poplar Dock Waterside Marina.
This 2006 wide beam is 60' x 11' and built by Aqualine Boats, well known for build quality and this bright and airy boat is perfect for an individual or couple with its very large master cabin. The open plan living area and galley is also a really good size with a fantastic heating stove as its centerpiece. The galley is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. The bathroom has a really good sized shower along with electric heads and decent storage.
The boat is sold with a fully transferable residential mooring at Poplar Dock Marina, just east of Canary Wharf and you'll become part of a tightknit community of boaters. The marina has a communal area, shower block and laundry (with plans to develop these further).
Current mooring fees are £12,600 per annum. There is a 7.5% transfer fee (of the sale price) to transfer the mooring. Parking is available at the marina - £600 p.a.
