Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 18m Wide Beam for sale with London mooring in Limehouse Basin.
Built in 2006, this RLL boat has been fitted out into a stylish and spacious floating home and available with a highly desirable leisure mooring at one of London's best marinas. It has a good overall feeling of space thanks to its 12ft beam and squared off topsides.
Entering from the stern into the open plan galley and living area, there are skylights and large windows providing lots of light and the galley is well equipped. The boat has a multi fuel stove and central heating. The bathroom is incredibly well designed with bath and separate shower. The tiles and colour on the walls are very modern and it's a beautiful room. The dividing wall between the bathroom and cabin can also be folded back.
The cabin has a large double bed and lots of cupboard storage although might benefit from some extra hanging storage being installed. Like the bathroom, the overall feel is very modern and is a refreshing change from the wooden/white interiors that are so common.
The boat is well set up for those who want to go cruising with solar panels, charger/inverter and the sun awning over the cockpit is a nice feature making the aft deck a great space for entertaining in the summer.
This boat is sold with a transferable leisure mooring at Limehouse Basin (5% transfer fee applies). Current mooring fees are £9,340 per annum paid upfront or £10,100 paid monthly.
