Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 60ft Wide Beam with London mooring for sale.
Built in 2013 by Viking Boats who always have great build quality and attention to detail, this 10ft wide boat is beautifully designed inside and has the added benefit of a permanent residential mooring in Perivale, North London. The small private community is set within parkland with outdoor space for each boat but is only five minutes walk to Perivale Central Tube station. The annual mooring fees are £6,768 per annum. Council tax is payable.
Inside, there is a large open plan saloon and galley with stove and double sofa bed for guests. The diesel fired central heating combined with the stove keeps this boat more than warm enough on the coldest days. The bathroom has an electric loo into holding tank and large shower cubicle with plenty of storage space.
The master cabin has a good sized double bed, more storage and, like the rest of the boat, is bright, modern and extremely comfortable.
