Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 60x12 Wide Beam for sale with London residential mooring.
The boat was built in 2005 by Liverpool Boats and has a beautifully rustic interior that is bright and characterful. The size of this boat means there is room for a second cabin, the most sought after layout as it allows for guests to stay or make it a perfect boat for a family.
The boat is equipped with diesel central heating, a multifuel stove, electric heads into a holding tank and good sized bath with shower.
The master cabin has plenty of space, light and storage with its custom made double bed. The cabin leads up on to the cruiser stern which can double up as an outside seating area.
The boat was surveyed and blacked in February 2016 and the current owners have made the report available to any prospective buyers. They spent £8,500 on an engine service, the blacking, new engine hatches and painting the deck so this boat doesn't need to come out of the water for another three years minimum.
Poplar Dock Marina is a tight knit community of boaters and the marina has a real village feel despite being 10 minutes from Canary Wharf. The marina has excellent security, laundry facilities, WiFi, shower and loo block and onsite staff.
The marina is well served with Blackwall DLR 5 minutes away and Canary Wharf Jubilee station about 12 minutes walk.
The residential mooring is fully transferable to the new owner on payment of a 5% transfer fee to the marina. Current mooring fees are £12,000 p.a but discounts are available by paying mooring fees upfront.
