Built in 2007, this 60ft x 11ft boat would make an ideal liveaboard home for an individual or couple. There is also plenty of space on board to add a second cabin so families should also consider this listing.
Entering the boat at the bow takes you into the enormous kitchen with the diesel powered range cooker at its heart. The central heating and hot water are run off it too and it is a great and rare feature on this type of boat.
Wide Beam boats give you the flexibility of space in the living areas and cabin that make them so desirable and this boat is no different. There is plenty of natural light from the four side hatches and also circular skylights that cleverly suck in light too.
The boat is sold with a residential mooring at Poplar Dock Marina. This welcoming community of boaters has a genuine 'village' feel to it with regular parties and BBQ's organised by the residents - it's easy to enjoy life on the water here!
In addition, the marina has laundry facilities, excellent security and on site staff. The current mooring fees are roughly £12,300 p.a. and there is a 5% transfer fee payable to the marina to acquire the residential license.
