Comentario del broker
This new luxury Widebeam has just been completed. It looks stunning in dark green and cream and the boat has not been named, leaving that for the new owner. She is extremely spacious and has a reverse layout; fitted out with maintenance free Irish Oak and high gloss white ceiling. There are 240v and 12v sockets throughout. The boat also has beautiful chrome port holes with lockable mirrored privacy covers
As you down into the galley area which is fitted out with high gloss cream units and contrasting worktops you immediately appreciate the quality of the fittings and fit out generally. A 240v Montpelier fridge freezer, Belling Oven with separate grill, Premier Range 5 burner hob, Attractive stainless steel sink, pop up kitchen sockets and USB sockets, which are also fitted throughout the boat. There is also a lovely breakfast bar with stools.
A spacious saloon/living area with corner sofa, carpet with contrasting laminate walnut effect floor, Panasonic 40inch Smart TV, large radiator and an imposing modern Tulin Multifuel Fire. There are also Duck hatches on both side of the boat.
As you move down the corridor you arrive at the second bedroom, currently fitted with a single bed and single radiator but could easily take a 4ft double or be converted into bunk beds or a great office.
Further down the corridor you enter the large bathroom and immediately notice the large designer glass wash basin and large mirror. There is a double shower, chrome heated towel rail, plenty of storage and an electric Vetus pump out toilet.
Finally you come to the large double bedroom with two good size fitted wardrobes, Ottoman bed for extra storage, TV point, reading spotlights and USB sockets, good size radiator and then double doors leading out onto the front of the boat. This really is a stunning boat.
