Comentario del broker
This is a beautiful 2020 60' x 12'6 Collingwood Eurocruiser with a very high specification, designed to be off grid with the high capacity solar panels. As you enter into the spacious cockpit area, you have a large social area with plenty of seating, a good size beech cockpit table, Tek-Dek flooring, gas locker, exterior 240v sockets and wheel steering with emergency tiller.
Down the companionway steps you arrive in the large well appointed kitchen which was supplied and fitted by Howdens. Concrete effect cupboard doors with oak worktops, Karndean flooring and soft close cupboards and drawers. There is plenty of storage and separate 12v fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 3 burner gas hob, modern black glass extractor fan, breakfast bar and two stools.
Then you have the very large saloon area with a large leather corner suite, fitted storage units, TV and wood burning stove. Please note the parrot and the large free standing sideboard are not included in the sale !!
As you move down the corridor you arrive in the large shower room with a large double shower, electric pump out vetus toilet, fitted vanity unit with porcelain wash basin, radiator, plenty of storage cupboards and a washing machine.
Finally you come into the master suite with a super king size bed, double and single wardrobes, built in chest of drawers, radiator, carpets and then access out into the cratch area which has storage lockers either side, a bow locker and also access to the bow thruster and batteries.
The mooring is available with the boat if needed and is around £4,000 a year.
