Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 55ft Wide Beam for sale with London mooring at Limehouse Basin, E14.
This 2008 boat is in need of an external repaint and blacking but the interior is in very good condition and the boat can be moved straight into before organising the necessary works.
The boat is laid out with a large open plan saloon and galley that includes a multifuel stove and full sized domestic fridge/freezer. The large master cabin is up in the bow and has a separate shower and heads ensuite. The layout makes best use of the 55ft length and being under 60ft is important for keeping the mooring fees down.
Limehouse Basin is one of London's most desirable marinas for liveaboards with its excellent transport links. The residential mooring is fully transferable on payment of a 7.5% transfer fee. Current mooring fees are £13,300 p.a.
