This is a beautifully constructed boat and the 9ft 3in width gives plenty of room without the unwieldiness of larger wide beams.

Built for cruising as well as living aboard, she has a generous cruiser stern with a superb canopy. The massive forward well deck has a solid roof and a removable cover with panoramic windows making a wonderful conservatory.

The hull has 2 pack epoxy blacking below the waterline and is protected by 12 sacrificial anodes and a galvanic isolator

Heating and hot water are provided by a Mikuni boiler (a spare unit is included), with radiators throughout the boat. When cruising the hot water can also be provided by an engine calorifier and when shore power is available an immersion heater can also be used.

Broker's Comments

This boat is truly bespoke. Beautifully proportioned for comfort and handling she is a boat to turn heads and a delight for any owner. The previous owners designed the layout to use every inch of space and use it well. With so much space and so much storage there is an open uncluttered feel.

Every item is of the highest quality and matched to its purpose. There are many thoughtful extras such as the low-level fin radiators in the living room. and the side hatch in the kitchen.

With the forward conservatory acting as an extension to the living space there is plenty of room to live and to entertain.

All in all this is a boat for anyone who wants to cruise in luxury or live aboard in style or, combine the best of both worlds!
