Boatshed London are delighted to offer this brand new, 50ft Wide Beam for sale with leisure mooring in Limehouse Basin.
This is a 2019 Dave Clarke boat which was professionally fitted out into a fantastic floating home. Belying it's 50ft length, this boat feels much bigger thanks to an enclosed bow that allows for a huge double cabin. The main living area also feels bright and spacious thanks to opening roof hatches and a modern layout with breakfast bar.
The boat has a multifuel stove and central heating and there is an immersion heater for hot water. The cruiser stern could have a canopy added too to add an extra room for storage/bootroom etc. (£3k rough cost). It would be a smart addition.
Buying a brand new boat gives you peace of mind that you can move straight onto it and not have to worry about any maintenance for a few years. The boat, unlike many new boats fitted out by the owner, is up to RCD spec and has a BSS until 2023.
The leisure mooring at Limehouse Basin is fully transferable (5% transfer fee) and current mooring fees are £9,344 per annum.
