Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 50x11 Wide Beam for sale with London residential mooring at Poplar Dock Marina, E14.
Only built in 2011 and beautifully fitted out, this one cabin boat is ready to move straight onto and would suit an individual or couple. The boat has a good feeling of space with high ceilings and also has plenty of storage in the bathroom and cabin. The heads is a cassette toilet so there is no need to move the boat and there is space for a washing machine to be fitted in the bathroom if required.
The boat was surveyed in Nov 2017 and coated with 2 pack epoxy at the same time and this all confirms that the boat has been very well looked after. The Canaline engine only has 43 hours on it and the engine room looks as good as new still.
The residential mooring at Poplar Dock is fully transferable (5% transfer fee) and current mooring fees are £11,550 approx. There is a laundry and shower block available to all residents and the marina has a fantastic community spirit. Parking is available (£600pa) and staff are onsite during daytime hours 7 days a week.
A perfect first boat for someone, viewing is highly recommended.
