Comentario del broker
This beautiful 48ft wide beam built by Pintail Boats is a delight and has been well maintained since new. The owner has been living aboard but is reluctantly now moving back onto dry land. The sought after marina mooring is available as leisure or residential and has great facilities including WiFi on the Lancaster canal.
As you come in through the stern you arrive in the good size fully fitted galley with a large fridge/freezer, full size cooker, microwave, plenty of storage space and breakfast bar. Please note that the washing machine is not part of the sale. The well appointed saloon has a good size settee, TV, good storage units and radiator.
Down the corridor is the large bathroom with pump out Vac flush toilet, full size shower, fitted vanity unit with basin and heated chrome towel rail.
Finally you arrive in the Master Suite with large double bed with storage underneath, fitted wardrobes, radiator, drawers and access straight out into the cratch area.
As you would expect with a Pintail Boat, the quality of finish is excellent and she is the perfect boat for cruising or residential living.
