This houseboat moored in Surrey Quays offers a very spacious accommodation, on one level throughout, with good headroom in all main areas. All packed into a boat only 45ft long, minimising the ongoing mooring fees while providing ample living space.

The addition of a sliding skylight brings large amounts of daylight into the kitchen and lounge areas. This gives the overall feel is of ‘loft living space’ on water.

The exterior of the boat provides large useable areas to maximize outdoor living in this amazingly quiet and well run marina, with easy and direct links to all of central London.

With mooring fees far lower than the other marinas in this part of London (at £8,650 approx. per annum) and the pontoon providing shore power, water and excellent wi-fi connection available.

This boat is sold with a transferable residential mooring at the fee of 10% of the final sale price made payable to Southwark Council.
