The best wide beams on the canals are Viking Boats and this 2016 example is no exception.
It's a 60 x 10 version with a clever layout that incorporates two cabins and is ideally suited to a life continuous cruising or on a permanent mooring. It is fitted with a high-spec Fischer Panda generator that automatically keeps the batteries topped up when away from a shore power connection.
Entering from the stern, there is a entrance porch/boot room that is separate from the main living area. The galley runs down the port side which makes room for the second single cabin on the starboard side, accessed from the living room. The double cabin at the bow has a large double bed with plenty of storage. There is a bathroom with shower cubicle and elsan loo.
The boat was epoxied at new so there is no need to lift the boat until 2020 at the earliest and the generator has just been serviced by the manufacturers.
