Wim Van der Valk quality from 1994 and looking to be in tip-top condition. Steel work and fit out to highest standards with the classic wide side decks & no steps affording ease of movement on board.
With radar arch down(gas strut assisted), the air draft is just 3.30m for canal cruising.

Master cabin with walk around double bed (190x160), starboard is the bathroom (yes it HAS a bath ((with shower over)) : electric heads & wash basin.
port side, twin bunks (80x190)
Forward after 3 steps (which give access to the engine room) is the large, bright comfortable saloon, deep windows, and 1.95m headroom combine with open plan layout to give a feeling of space and comfort. THE SALOON SEATING EASILY CONVERTS into another double bed MAKING IT POSSIBLE TO SLEEP 8 PEOPLE IF NEEDED.
Well equipped all electric galley on the port side including 4 ring hub, domestic sized oven with grill, microwave oven & dishwasher. This is an all electric boat except for a 2 burner camping gas cooker available for emergencies or "Al Fresco" dining on the aft deck!
Dinette opposite with huge, and very comfortable seating.
Forward is a double bed cabin (180x140) with under storage for a fridge and a washing machine. Ensuite day heads (manual) and sink.

Dutch steel cruiser for sale in France. Boatshed Bourgogne is pleased to offer this well looked after Wim Van der Valk Royal 45 from sale. This cruiser has been well maintained and has got only few hours on the dashboard after having spent the first part of her life as a residential / live aboard boat in Holland. Our current owners have cruised around 500 Hours and enjoyed her for the comfortable motor cruiser she is! Bright, spacious interior with extremely generous internal storage throughout. Comfortable & practical helm and great deck spaces make this an ideal long distance cruising vessel able to cruise French waterways coasts and well beyond!
