Boatshed London are delighted to offer this Sealine 365 Sports Cruiser for sale. It is currently lying in Limehouse Basin on a residential mooring and can be obtained with the boat.
This 1988 example has been in the same ownership for 12 years and can either continue to be used as a liveaboard boat or taken away to be used as a cruiser again.
The Sealine 365 is still a popular sports cruiser with its split level, large cockpit and two good sized cabins, both with double beds. There is also two heads and two showers. If it was to be used as a liveaboard, this makes it an affordable option for a couple or even two friends who would have their own space and be able to share the mooring fee.
The two engines are both running fine, although they are due a service; the engine bay is clean and tidy. It has a Sterling battery charger. There is also a Eberspacher hot air heating system.
The cockpit covers have been recently refurbished with new windows installed.
The residential mooring at Limehouse Basin is transferable to the new owners if they want to retain the berth and use it as a liveaboard. There is a 6.25% + VAT transfer fee (of the sale price) to acquire the berth. Current mooring fees are £9,900 per annum. The boat has a transferable 5 year licence which limits the increase in mooring fees each year.
