Next comes a spacious kitchen with Shoreline 12/240v fridge, Vanette hob, eye-level cooker and grill, lots of storage and work surfaces. There is also a Morco gas boiler to provide ionstant hot water for kitchen and bathroom.
At the front is a large open-plan lounge area, with a solid fuel stove. Double doors lead to an open well deck.
There are 240 volt sockets from shore power throughout and phone line connections in the rear cabin and lounge, connected to the marina services.There is a freesat dish at the front..

This is the sort of narrowboat for sale that that is going to command plenty of attention. A spacious boat on a great mooring in Hertford.
The mooring is in a convenient, secure and pleasant location in Hertford, a pretty old market
town, north of London, on the River Lea. It is a two minute walk to Hertford East train
station (direct trains to central London). The A10 is a two minute drive away and a further
twenty minutes to North London. Next to the train station is a 24hour Tesco.
The town centre is a pretty, five minute, walk along the tow-path where one can find a
Waitrose store; the Public Library; the Castle; a theatre; a leisure-centre; boutiques and
shops; excellent pubs and restaurants. There are NHS Dentists; Doctors’ Surgeries; and a
small General Hospital.
Opposite the mooring is a large park, situated over the bridge. This leads to woodland and a
nature reserve, which can also be reached by a short walk downriver. There are many nice
walks and this is a beautiful cruising area.
The marina has private parking, power, telephone line, Elsan point and rubbish disposal. Rent £210 per month.
The boat is a superb live-aboard with plenty of space, a spare room, washing machine etc. It is ready to move into and easily commutable to London ( Liverpool St approx 50 mins)
