Quality Italian motor yacht just reduced in price for a quick sale. The Luxurious spacious interior with reversible air conditioning, generator, and waste water treatment system make this boat a super live aboard/apartment in the Mediterranean.
She is a very well looked after boat with all bills since the current owner bought her in 2008 when the hull was stripped back and epoxy treated.
The current mooring is available with this boat at 5000 Euros per year and because of the age of the boat the French navigation tax is only 800 Euros Per year.
The flybridge cushion could do with reupholstering and some of the trim panels in the two smaller cabins and the main salon need recovering; all cosmetic.
