Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 2002 Princess 45 Flybridge for sale, presented in excellent condition having recently been fully valeted and serviced.
Having grown up on flybridge boats on the south coast, we're really excited to be listing one of these classics of the class. This boat is nearly 20 years old and the lines and overall design still look pin-sharp. This is the three cabin variant with a master suite and heads at the bow and two guest cabins with a second heads.
The Volvo Penta TAMD74's have recently been serviced and are running very smoothly. The bilges are very clean and overall this boat seems to have had a good maintenance history in its 19 year lifetime. A new leisure battery has just been installed. The navigation equipment is all functional but could be replaced for newer systems by the new owner.
As mentioned, the owner has just had the boat valeted and polished and she's looking fantastic. The teak deck is in great condition across the cockpit and bathing platform. The rubber seals on the windscreen look like they need replacing though there are no leaks currently. All the upholstery internally and externally is in excellent condition.
If you're looking for a mid-40ft flybridge yacht, it is difficult to find boats better than the Princess 45 and the brand have recently launched the new F45 model because of the enduring popularity of this size boat. Viewing is highly recommended.
