There is a third cabin aft, with access through a hatch aft of the cabin. This cabin was locked, but according to the layout plan, it contains 2 single berths and an en suite heads compartment.

Comentario del broker
This Powles 46 has been owned by the same owner since almost 20 years. He now regretfully wants to sell her due to health reasons. The upholstery in saloon and dinette has been renewed with alcantara in 2005. The navigation equipment is a combination of old and new, with the newest addition being a Raymarine E80 screen (2011) combining radar, plotter and GPS. As for the interior distribution, I’ve had to follow the layout drawing I found on board. It suggests that under the cockpit there is a guest cabin with 2 single berths and en-suite heads compartment. This distribution has been confirmed by the owner. However, the access to this cabin (a hatch in the cockpit) was locked and I could not find the key. Dutch flag. Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
