Comentario del broker
This very nice 45ft Piper was built in 2006 and fitted out by Cheshire Boats and launched in 2007. This is the second owner and the boat has only been used for weekends etc, not as a live aboard and has very low engine hours. The lovely marina on the Leeds Liverpool can be taken on by the new owner if they wish by separate negotiation as either a residential of leisure mooring. There is a Cratch cover but not fitted at the moment.
As you come down through the companionway you have a storage cupboard on your left housing the inverter, sterling charger, electrics panel and calorifier. On the right hand side there is another deep storage cupboard for coats etc. Then into the galley with full size free standing cooker, microwave, 12v fridge/freezer, sink and plenty of storage units. The saloon has a double bed settee, leather arm chair, TV, multi fuel stove and duck hatch.
Then you go down the corridor to the shower room with full size shower, Thetford cassette toilet, wash basin and built in vanity unit with storage. The portable washing machine is here also.
Finally you come to the double bedroom with a single wardrobe, under bed storage and storage shelf above the bed. The bedroom leads out into the cratch area which also houses the water tank. The boat is ideal as a cruiser or live aboard depending upon your needs.
