Six L-16 house batteries new in 2007. Also two 8-D, one each for start and windlass. Xantrex inverter with Heart Link 2000 monitor.
Port engine has a 160 Amp alternator which has been run more often to charge the batteries therefore showing greater hours of operation.
All tanks have clean out ports. Each fuel tank has its own dual Racor filter system. Engines are also equipped with automatic oil changing systems. Engines and engine room and work area is very clean. Both engine have had the injector pumps rebuilt. Everything works as expected and has a well-maintained appearance.

Built by the Cheerman yard in Taiwan. Semi-displacement hull has a top speed of 15 knots with very economical cruise of 9 knots. Attractive styling with a deep length (7 ft) cockpit and a fairly large flybridge.

Europa styling with full walkarounds on deck. Enter centerline companionway door to a spacious sedan-style saloon. Settee and table to port, chairs and small end table to starboard. Galley is along the port side with fridge to starboard. Helm is starboard with an access door to the side deck. Forward and down is the head and shower to starboard, single berth cabin to port. Forward is the master with walk-around queen. Lots of hanging locker space, well lit cabins and generous amounts of teak. The doors have the very pretty rounded tops and are solid teak. Saloon cabin has very well kept teak and holly floors while the berths forward are carpeted. The nice drapes in the saloon were just dry cleaned recently. The whole interior shows that it's had very good care.

Ideal windlass had motor rebuilt very recently. Dinghy davit has new motor. AB dinghy has speed and depth indicator. Teak decks show in very nice condition as does all exterior wood trim. Having been constantly boathouse kept this boat has quite evidently been treated very kindly.

Comentario del broker
The Performance Trawler 41 Europa Sedan is about as nice a trawler yacht as a boater could want. The Ed Monk styling charmed this broker with its attractive and traditional proportions, its sweeping long bow and a very spacious cockpit. Some yachts are just prettier than others and this one is one of those. She's been boathouse kept and shines all over. Her owners have really loved her and it shows everywhere you look, from the topsides to the engineroom.
