Constructed for the French TV series "La Riviere d'Esperance" in 1995 and based on the traditional Gabarre de la Dordogne the vessel was sold after shooting and has been used as a passenger vessel ever since. Built on oak frames and maintained to passenger carrying standards (Class 4 waterways). NOTE! Simple passenger vessel with no WC on board ideal for short excursions (max. 1h30).
December 2022: new shaft gland installed, the shaft has been restored too.
new electric cables installed and all the circuit brakers changed.

Unusual passenger vessel for sale in France. Traditional Gabarre replica built for a French TV series in 1995 "LA RIVIERE ESPERANCE". Since transformed in a passenger vessel for 50 passengers and currently running short trips on the Canal du Midi. Conscientiously maintained in class she will be available at the end of the 2023 season.
