Known for innovative design and quality construction the Nicols yard is one of the most prolific constructers of inland waterway craft in France both for the hire and private markets. Heavily constructed to cope with hire fleet life, we are told that this 1350 VIP has not seen commercial use since 2005/6, being in private hands ever since. The present owner is meticulous and keeps his boat spotless inside and out.

Vast outside space includes a raised aft deck, central sunbathing and steering position plus a foredeck sitting area and very well protected walkway access. Gas plancha new 2018 and folding deck furniture included in the sale. Inside can be accessed from the raised aft deck or from the sliding door on the starboard side so getting yourself and provisions onboard is a piece of cake whether moored alongside or stern to. Inside aft is a double cabin with ensuite heads and shower. Forward is the galley saloon area which is well equipped, spacious, bright and includes a domestic size fridge a two burner gas hob and oven. Forward again to the full width owners cabin with walk-a-round double berth (140 x 190 cm) and ensuite heads and shower. 2 x CRUISAIR ZEPHYR ZF 10 of 1400 W revers cycle air-conditioning units provide heat and cooling all spaces.
Full head room 2.00 m except on top of the berth in the aft cabin.
1400 liters of water and 160 liters of hot water heated by the engine or 220v immersion heater so you can enjoy lashings of hot water with no worries!
220v electricity whilst under way from inverter or generator 3.5 Kva KOHLER 4EFOZ or shore power whilst in port.

Nicols 1350 VIP for sale in France. Boatshed Paris is pleased to offer this incredibly well presented motor cruiser for sale. Visiting this boat was such a pleasure! Immaculately presented, documented, maintained and constantly upgraded by a retired merchant marine officer who has maintained professional standards on his private vessel. Electricity, gas installation, plumbing, even kitchen appliances, everything has been renewed or upgraded in the last four years and everything remains on board. Look at the photos and videos. Its cleaner and better than new! The diesel tank is full (to avoid condensation) and she is just waiting for a new crew to go and explore French waterways and the rest of Europes canals and rivers. The present mooring south east of Paris is paid to 31st August 2022 and may be renewed subject to approval by the marina manager (present cost 1000€ year).
