Central saloon/cockpit with galley on the starboard, 4 gas cooker and oven, a trimix fridge freezer (12V/220V/gas) and the dining area (2 joint tables) to port side which could be converted into a double berth. interior helm and 3 accesses for outside. An outside secured corridor to lead to the foredeck ideal with young children, a star board sliding door to access ponton or mooring from that side, and ideal to bring your shopping. A third sliding door (panoramic) leads to the aft deck, and the exterior helm as well as the sun deck.
From the galley, down few steps is a corridor leading to the aft cabins and the aft deck access (another door), both aft cabins are 2 single berth (70x195) or a double 190x195. The choice is yours. Again 2 heads/shower/basin in that corridor.

Nicols 1350 Confort for sale in France. Boatshed Paris is happy to offer this inland cruiser for sale in the north of Burgundy, Paris region. Ex hire cruiser, has just left the base where she was regularly maintained while the rental seasons. A great family cruiser, spacious, up to 12 persons and 4 cabins and 4 heads/shower/basins. Great layout too, with separated spaces outside (sun deck, aft deck, foredeck), low air draft (max. 2.80) a go everywhere type of vessel.
Also could be improved to serve as a residential boat.
The Engine will be refit for the sale
