Built in the Nicol’s yard in 1998, GRP hull, the COMFORT range has known a great success.
3 access doors. To starboard a 2 part glass door which enters directly in the saloon, from stern with curved easy steps reaching the aft deck, on the port side 3 steps from the foredeck which arrive near the inside steering position in the saloon.
2 little steps up from the aft deck is the fly helm with a seat for 2 or 3 persons.
The foredeck has moulded seating and table.
Professional maintenance, last antifoul end of the season 2017.

Large open plan wheelhouse saloon with table, the galley and inside steering position. Notice the huge storage hold, easy to open.
The galley : long sink, new fridge-freezer of 2017, on starboard.
The saloon : the long table can be converted to a double berth for 2 adults, the gas heating unit is fitted in the locker on the side of the seat.
2 further seats to port next to the helm. Seats are also lockers to store life jackets.
2 steps lower to the rear are the aft cabin with 2 berths 130X190 & 60X190 cm and on starboard a wetroom with basin shower and electric WC. Under the main bed is the engine bay and the batteries and weed hatch.
2 steps lower forward, 2 cabins, the first on port (bed 130 X190 cm) , its electric WC is separated from its basin and shower with a wardrobe. Sliding door for the toilet. Forward is the third cabin with its private wetroom, basin shower electric toilet, bed (bed 130 X190 cm). Many storage lockers.
Head room from 1,89 to 1,92 meter.

Ex-hire motor boat for sale in France. Boatshed Bourgogne is happy to offer this Nicol’s Confort 1100 for sale. Built by Nicol’s in 1998, for their hire fleets and although privately owned has continued to be offered for hire to date. Well maintained and well presented this is not your average tired ex-hire boat. The interior upholstery and floors are looking good as is the exterior. Three separate cabins each with private en suite facilities. Convivial wheelhouse saloon and three separate outside spaces to enjoy the company or sneak away to read a book.
