Boatshed London are pleased to offer this 70ft Narrowboat for sale with London residential mooring at Limehouse Marina, E14.
With a really bright, smart interior this large narrowboat makes an excellent liveaboard home or even a pied-a-terre and it is located on one of the best spots in the marina with lovely views from the bow across the marina.
It is currently laid out with one cabin and a study area but that could be converted into a second cabin. There is also plenty of storage as you would expect on a 70ft boat so it could work for a family.
She is fitted with diesel central heating throughout and multi fuel stove in the living area.
The boat is due to be blacked in April 2021. The boat has a BSS until 2024.
The Limehouse mooring is fully transferable with a 7.5% + VAT transfer fee payable to the marina. Current mooring fees are £13,500 per annum but there is an 8% discount for paying upfront.
