Built in 1992, this R&D Fabrications narrowboat is ready to move straight onto in London's most popular residential marina. At 62ft long, it has a great sized living area and galley with plenty of room for a large sofa and study area. There is a double cabin to the rear and walk through bathroom with elsan loo and shower.

The boat was re-engined in 2015 and has only 350 hours on the new unit so mechanically, this boat is in very good condition. The leisure batteries have also just been replaced (Jan 2018). The hull was blacked in 2016 with new anodes and the BSS runs until 2020.
The residential mooring is fully transferable on payment of a 5% transfer fee (of the sale price) to the marina. Current mooring fees are £10,502 p.a.
Limehouse Basin is ideally located for people who need good transport into central London or Canary Wharf. The DLR station is 5 minutes from the boat with Bank station only two stops away. The marina has a free laundry, elsan and pump out facilities, WiFi, CCTV and security guard at night. It is a peaceful floating village of boaters who have a strong community spirit and always happy to welcome new residents.
