This Narrowboat has a steel hull with fibreglass superstructure and features a large cruiser cockpit at the stern plus spacious forward cockpit, making her ideal as a live aboard or for exploring the waterways.

Having owned this narrow boat for just over 5 years, the current owner has kept up with maintaining and improving the boat. She has been painted inside and out (2021) floors and walls re laminated and panelling added. Benefitting from a compost toilet, doing away with having to pump out and continually having to move the boat, and much more as noted on the details. The engine fired up straight away.
This is a marvellous opportunity to buy a ready to move in home, ten minutes’ walk form the centre of Glasgow, in a much sought after location. She comes complete as shown in the photographs, including cookware, furniture, and even the piano if the new owner wished to retain this. Some of the ornaments would be retained by the current owner.
We think that this boat would lend itself to an Airbnb enterprise, or even a holiday home.
