Comentario del broker
This canal boat has an ideal layout for a couple to cruise in comfort and has been lived aboard for the past couple of years.
The galley is well set out with plenty of hardwood worktops for preparation and comes with a washing machine and microwave oven. Forward of the galley is a dinette that converts into a second double berth.
Forward still is a comfortable saloon area with two-person sofa and stove. The shower room has been refitted with a quadrant shower and attractive backing panels. The toilet is a porta-potti which could be replaced with a pumpout type with a holding tank already in place.
The cabin is at the front of the accommodation and provides a good amount of storage for clothes. Beyond is an open well-deck with removable front cover all of which extends the usable living space of the boat.
This is a lovely boat that has been well loved and would be ideal for extended holidays or liveaboard.
