Comentario del broker
This is a beautiful contemporary 58ft Trad completed in late 2018 and launched in January 2019. She is currently moored on the Leeds Liverpool at Pennington Wharf Marina and the mooring is available if needed subject to separate negotiations with the marina.
As you come down through the companionway you arrive in the well appointed galley with Belfast style sink, fridge/freezer, 4 burner hob, grill and oven, microwave, toaster, plenty of storage space and breakfast bar. There are plenty of sockets and a mobile phone/USB charger just under the breakfast bar. Solid Oak worktops.
The spacious saloon area has a cream corner sofa bed that converts into a double, TV, stereo system, wood burning stove and 2 x radiators.
You then come to the walk through bathroom with a full size shower, vanity unit with porcelain basin and cassette vac flush toilet and chrome heated towel rail. There are two privacy doors, one of which leads to the main double cabin with TV, radiator, double wardrobe and more storage above and below the bed. The cabin then leads out into the cratch area.
The boat has only done 64 hours and is just like new. The build quality is excellent and she has full RCD certification.
