Boatshed London are delighted to offer this fantastic 57ft Narrowboat Cruiser Stern for sale with London mooring.
The boat itself is beautifully made by Aintree Boats and was commissioned by the original owners to a high spec in 2015. The fold out bed in the cabin enables there to be a full sized double bed and the interior throughout is solid, bright and modern. The gas powered central heating can also run off electricity keeping bills down and the boat warm. It has very good headroom which helps with the feeling of space and light.
The hull was epoxied at new so is coming to the end of its lifespan (should last 10 years). The engine has just over 150 hours and has just had a new starter motor fitted.
Located right in the heart of the King's Cross area, this 2015 narrowboat still looks and feels like a brand new boat and would make an ideal pied-a-terre for someone looking to be close to the centre of town with brilliant transport links. In addition, this boat has some of the cheapest mooring fees in London at £520 a month.
The mooring is non-residential so isn't to be used on a full time basis but the mooring owners would allow a few nights a week. The mooring is transferable on payment of a transfer fee of £2,000.
This is a must see listing and won't be around for long so viewing is highly recommended.
