Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 57ft Narrowboat with London residential mooring at Limehouse Basin, East London.

Recently refurbished to a high standard, this is an excellent liveaboard narrowboat in a prime spot at Limehouse. Bright and airy throughout, an individual or couple could move straight in and not have any immediate work to do on it. Set up well for cruising too with solar panels and Victron chargers as well as galvanic isolator.

The boat is fitted with gas central heating as well as multi-fuel stove and a well equipped galley with gas hob, oven and microwave. The bathroom has a cassette loo and good sized shower compartment.

The residential mooring at Limehouse Basin is fully transferable (7.5% + VAT transfer fee) and has excellent transport links to central London and Canary Wharf. Current mooring fees are £10,380 per annum.
