This one cabined boat would make a perfect liveaboard houseboat for an individual or couple and is set in the beautiful surroundings of Limehouse marina, London's most desirable mooring spot. This boat also has the benefit of being moored on the pontoon nearest the DLR station (1 min walk).
It has central heating and a multi fuel stove for warmth in winter and is bright and airy in the summer months.
The current owner has regularly cruised the boat around London and the engine and electrics are in good condition.
Current mooring fees are £9,632 p.a and the marina charge a 5% transfer fee (of the sale price) for the mooring.
