Completed in 2004 and recently repainted internally, this is a good sized liveaboard narrowboat with a highly prized mooring space in one of London's most desirable marinas.
The boat is bright throughout and with great headroom and storage options, there is loads of space to make this into a proper home afloat. There is diesel powered central heating and electric immersion heater and the boat is equipped with the reliable and popular Isuzu 35HP engine.
The boat has been surveyed in March 2017, blacked with new anodes and recommendations from the survey rectified.
The leisure mooring at Limehouse Basin is transferable to the new owner on payment of a 5% transfer fee to marina management. Current mooring fees are £10,109 p.a.
The marina provides a great place to stay in a proper community of boaters and has excellent facilities including managed office, laundry, shower block, WiFi, pump out station, CCTV and security guard. The marina is moments from Limehouse DLR station with excellent links into Bank or Canary Wharf.
