Boatshed Grand Union is plesaed to offer this 57ft Trad-stern Narrowboat for sale. This is a well thought-out boat with practical and imaginative layout.
The open plan saloon and galley have new carpets and flooring. A little used Squirrel stove and brand new sofa/bed come with the sale. The portholes give the boat a stylinsh feel with her Josher bow.
The galley is all electric with eye-level oven and inset induction hob set on a solid wood worktop with Belfast sink. A side-hatch opens from the galley providing additional natural light and ventilation.
The cabin has a fixed small double berth with unsed mattress. The heads includes an electric toilet with holding tank. The fixed shower is set over a short, deep bath. The lighting has inset and concealed LED units giving a very contemporary feel.
The engine is a marinised Kubota, Beta diesel and has just 431 hours recorded. The aft of the boat is used as utility room providing good access to the engine and plenty of space for the odd bits and pieces that always accompany boating. Within this area is a very useful port potti and hand basin; ideal for a quick visit while travelling!
