A clever layout, on entering the boat a single berth is to port which can also be converted into a study. Forward to port is the main double berth with LCD TV and wardrobe storage. Forward again to port are the heads, with toilet, hand basin and shower cubicle. The linear galley with Belfast sink is again to port with extensive work space and full height storage. A single settee is further forward with a solid fuel fire to starboard. The full length of the starboard side of the boat is dedicated to storage from a dresser to book cases.

Boatshed Lancashire are pleased to offer this well presented Liverpool Boat 57' Trad Stern Narrow Boat. She has only had one owner since new who has had looked after her very well including regular servicing of the engine. A clever layout with the additional single berth that can be converted to a study area very easily. One thing that is immediately evident when on the boat is the amount of storage space available.
Please note, the boat has now been licenced until May 2016.
