Comentario del broker
This new build is planned for completion in Mid August and there is still time for the new owners to have some input into final fit out and kitchen colours, bedrooms etc. The engine and PRM gearbox are on order and she will have 3KW Inverter/Charger, plenty of sockets along with USB points, LED lighting throughout and TV sockets.
As you come down through the aft companionway you will have a fully fitted galley using Howdens units, breakfast bar, granite worktops, fridge/freezer, sink drainer, 4 burner hob and oven. The saloon area will be left open for furniture but some could be fitted if wanted. There will be plenty of sockets, TV socket, 2 x radiators in this area also. Next you come through to the second cabin/office which has room for a 4ft bed. Down the corridor you come to the heads/shower room with full size shower, wash basin, heated radiator and electric Cassette toilet. Finally you arrive in the forward cabin with built in double bed and double wardrobes and radiator. There is no access to the bow.
As I say, these are the builders plans for finishing her but at the moment there is still time for someone to add their own stamp.
