Comentario del broker
This well laid-out narrowboat has the style and fittings to make the perfect cruising boat or liveaboard.
The saloon has both a dining area with hide-away table and space for two chairs or sofa close to the solid fuel stove. The galley is practical and scapious with four-burner cooker, microwave oven and washing machine. The walk-through cabin has a good sized double bed and more practical storage than you will find on many narrorboats. The shower room has a dump-through toilet and holding tank, inset basin with mixer tap and separate shower compartment.
The Beta engine runs like a dream and has not been greatly used in recent years while as a liveaboard.
The outside is tired from the sunlight, but don't let this stop you seeing beneath to the lovely boat that awaits you.
She is moored in the very popular location of Apsley Marina which has excellent rail connections into London. The leisure mooring may be transferable to the new owner for a 5% (of sale price) fee payable to BWML.
